We need to stay at a hotel near or at the Vancouver airport on the first and last night of our trip to Victoria. I found the Fairmont and the Hilton, and the Delta. Anyone have a recommendation or experience at any of these, or others?

They're all very good but for the ultimate in convenience the Fairmont is it simply because it is right in the Airport. No need for a shuttle bus and I believe you can check in for your flight right in the lobby. But I would think that the room rate is somewhat higher there as well.

There is nothing better than the Fairmont at the Airport. It is so nice to not have to take a shuttle bus.
The rooms are sounproof, so when you get a runway view room you do not hear a thing, and the bathrooms in there are amazing.

I just booked our first and last night at the Fairmout Vancouver Airport hotel thru hotels.com. The cost for one king bed was $99.95 USD plus tax and service charge. The total was $119. It was the best I found on the internet. FYI.

Next weekend, I will be staying at the Airport Marriott in Vancouver. It is supposed to be a very nice hotel. Almost all of the rooms are one-bedroom suites.
