Hotel La Tour Centre-Cille, Montreal?
Has anyone stayed at this Hotel? I've booked what they refer to as a mini-suite there and it seems quite reasonable, in fact less than most other hotels I called which would also have indoor pools (I have kids and this is a must). What is it like? Are there any drawbacks? It seemed reasonably close to Old Montreal.

Hi. A friend & I have just returned from a week-long stay at the La Tour Centre-Ville. We stayed in a small suite (not sure if this is the same as mini). We found the rooms to be comfortable. The staff members were extremely courteous & helpful. The location was excellent, within walking distance of many of the places we wanted to see. We relocated to this hotel after a night's stay at the Travelodge, where the rooms were extremely small. We were very happy after the move. Hope you enjoy your stay.

Heather, you said the suite was small. I'll be travelling with my wife and 2 kids, ages 21 and 8. do you think it will be too small for us?

The designation of "small" was theirs.
We had two twin beds in the bedroom (we had specifically asked for two beds) & a foldout couch/bed in the living room. My friend is a college administrator, who felt that if they used the hotel for some of their trips, they could get 3-4 college students in each suite. You could give the hotel a call. We found that all the information they provided for us was accurate. Have a great trip

Thanks Heather!
