Hotel de l'Institut Montreal

I am off to Montreal in late September and are looking for a decent hotle room for a solo traveller. I have read about the Hotel de l'Institut which is located in the Plateau-Mont Royal area. Any reviews on this hotel? I cannot find an email address for it...any help here? Much appreciated!

I've stayed there several times, usually for the jazz festival, and highly recommend it. It used to be unbelievably cheap but I think they've upped the prices somewhat. Only possible drawbacks are 1) it's run by 18 yr old hotel students, which I actually find charming, and 2) it's an unbelievably ugly building. But the location makes up for that: right on St. Denis on the metro, with a great park across the street.

Great neighborhood, ugly, blocklike building.
