hotel-chateau-argoat or auberge de la fontaine?

Does anyone have an opinion about these two B&Bs? I am trying to decide between the two and would welcome anyone's thoughts.

Haven't actually stayed at either one, but they both look very nice from the outside. Both are in great locations. The Argoat is on Sherbrooke, which is a busy thorofare and a little closer to the downtown, but a very pleasant area. The Fontaine overlooks a tranquil park, and is a bit more removed from the downtown, but still close to lots of activity. I would have no problem staying at either one.

Hello! I would recommend Lafontaine. It is on a much less busy street than Argoat, just in front of the most beautiful park in town, in a much better neighborhood (the Plateau), and close to a lot of interesting places. Have a nice stay!

I stayed in Chateau de l'Argoat in January and was very pleased. I found the rooms charming, and though I had read a complaint that English-speakers were not well-treated, I did not find it so. The staff was very pleasant with us.

It's an excellent location but I would agree that the rooms at the front get some street noise. It didn't bother us, but it was winter and perhaps quieter than it would be in summer.
