Hotel Acadia?
 

Has anyone stayed here? Proximity to a good restaurant for a birthday celebration? Did hotel meet expectations? Looking, and hoping for, feedback. Thanks.

I will be staying here July and would appreciate any comment people may have. Susan, have you been here already? If so, how was it?

Hi Geoff: Sorry I did not get back to you sooner. No, I have not stayed at the Hotel Acadia yet. Our reservation is for the first weekend in August. Found one other posting on this site that gave it a thumbs up, so I am sticking with the reservation.

Hi Susan,<BR><BR>Actually my wife and I have returned from our trip to Quebec City and we had an awesome time. The Hotel Acadia was fine. The room was quite small and we were on the 5th floor so it was quite a hike with no elevator. The location however was perfect (close to everything) and the accoms were very comfortable. You should try the breakfast - it is very good as far as continental breakfasts go for only $5 each. You get 2 pcs of toast, a warm croissant, juice, coffee, cereal, mini-muffins, and fruit. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much.<BR><BR>For dinner we ate at the "Aux Anciens Canadiens" restaurant. It was excellent - service and food were outstanding. Hope this helps you.
