Are there any Hot Springs near Montreal or Quebec?

There are no natural hot springs in Quebec, or in Eastern Canada as far as I am aware. The geology is not right for them.

However, if you want the next best thing, you might try Le Scandinave Spa at Mont Tremblant--an indoor/outdoor nordic spa.
