You mentioned you were going to mail it on a thread I now can't locate (which is normal for me). It hasn't arrived.

SallyCanuck, I'm glad you posted this as I was just thinking I needed to get a message to you.

I have everything ready (the book, a note, a little map) except the digital images. I thought I was going to finish those off two weeks ago, which I why I said it would be in the mail the next day. My procrastination gene has obviously been playing its hand!

So, my apologies, and I will get right to it.
