Help w/ dry skin cream bought in France

Hello hope someone can help..
Bought face cream in France, Monaco, ST Martin, while on travel over the years. It requires a RX in US but has only cream emollients for very dry skin..sunburns etc.

Wondering if there is a way to find out if a RX is required in Canada?
Maybe Vancouver BC?
BIAFINE is the creme name manufactured by orthoneutragena

I am a product junkie, living in Vancouver, and had never heard of this cream before reading your post. I googled it - it seems that it's used in the healing of radiation burns.

I haven't ever seen it on the shelves here so I would assume it's dispensed in the same way here as in the US. France is much less controlling!

I did see it for sale on Amazon though, in the US. here is the link

Biafine is fantastic and about Euro7 for a large tube. Use it on dry feet, hands, legs, face for kids, babies, adults. Really a fantastic product and bought in most French pharmacies over the counter.
