Help needed for winter trip
 

I am planning a trip to Eastern Ontario, Quebec at the end of Nov. Any suggestions for a good trip with kids for 4-5 days.
The main concern is the snow at the end of Nov, so not sure where should I go with kids to have good enough time. Any suggestions for small towns/cities with good events will be good too.
