Believe me, there's lots about my city-Montreal-that I don't know about. I just do some reading & generally "try" to help,nothing more. You are not the first person to ask me this. About the taxes-yes, I know all about taxes here unfortunately. Where do you live, Scarlett?

Please note that visitors can be refunded 7% federal tax (TPS), but not the 7.5% provincial tax (TVQ) on hotel stays, if you meet the requirements.
