First Time Trip To Canada!!
 

Hello! I'm Rose, and in June 2018, I am planning to take a solo trip to Toronto, Canada. This won't be my first time out of my country of birth (USA), however, it will be my first trip with no real adults on the trip (obviously excluding myself).

I've never been to Toronto before, and I would like to know some nice places to visit. I'm not looking for anything too extreme, as I will be on a tight budget, however, I want to explore this cool city!!

While this trip is in 23 months, I'd still appreciate any advice whatsoever, on where to eat, places to stay and things to do. I will also be sure to update as this trip gets further along!! Much thanks!!!

Toronto is a walking city, especially in summer... Tons of Festivals, museums, neighborhoods, shopping, water activities, outdoor bistros, and people... You can easily mix in with other residents and tourists... Consider signing up for group tours that are guided... There is an immediate bonding that takes place within the group so smile, say hi, and you may have new friends for life...

As a warmup, try a few group tours in your area now...

Somehow, I really think that by the time you are ready to explore Toronto, there will be plenty of interest in your new friends group... Maybe even a Mr Rose...

Rose, if you search "Toronto" on this website, in this forum, you'll come up with all sorts of good, recent info.

Go up the CN Tower, especially if it's a clear day. Also, I've always wanted to see the Bata Shoe Musuem. I think that would be interesting.
