Eating in Canada...

For those of you who will be visiting Canada in the near future, NYC food critic Steven Shaw (aka: "Fat Guy") has been eating his way across Canada, starting in British Columbia on the west coast, and finishing in the Maritime provinces on the east coast. In each region he writes about the food, but he also includes a bit of his general experiences in each area.

It might give you a view into Canadian cuisine, but it might give you some ideas on where to dine when you're here (all depending on where you're going of course). He's been featuring on Global Television across Canada, and also in the local newspaper... but you can read his articles online too.

It's quite an entertaining read, so I thought I'd share the link:

http://www.canada.com/national/features/fatguy/

The man's an idiot pure and simple-a complete waste of time reading his drivel.

Actually, it's entertaining. I don't know why you'd think he's an idiot... unless you don't have a sense of humour.

He's about as entertaining as Robyn's continuous repetitive drivel on this board.

LOL!

I have my own personal troll now, nice! :D

Robyn,I probably don't have to tell you that 'boring' is the same schmuck as 'A Vancouvertite'. For the record I think you do a great job. IMHO anyways.

Gary is right; pay the "schmuck" no mind.
I looked up "Fat Guy", and was indeed entertained by his features.
Thanks for the tip, Robyn!
