Driving from Spokane WA to Waterton Lakes
 

We will be driving from Spokane to Waterton on Sunday, Sept 7. We will take 95N and then get on the Crowsnest Highway to Pincher Creek and then on AB 6 to Waterton. Google maps says there are tolls, but does not say where. Can somebody tell me if I will be able to pay the tolls in American money or with my credit card?

Also, what kind of drive should I expect on the Crowsnest Highway? Google maps says it is 7 hours from Spokane to Waterton, but I wonder if that is realistic. I understand this drive will take all day, but am trying to plan how early we need to leave Spokane.
