Dining in Victoria / Lunch and Dinner
 

In August we plan to make our first visit to Victoria . We'll be staying at Magnolia Hotel and we would like to find a place for a great dinner near the hotel . We appreciate good food and prefer French , North Italian or just good American .
What are the options at Butchart Gardens for lunch ? We probably will be without the car , and will depend on short walks , taxis and whatever else is available ( trolley ? ).

Their afternoon tea is excellent but probably too much food if you are going to dine out for dinner.

Agree with the suggestion for Cafe Brio, it's my favorite too. I also like Il Terrazzo and Brasserie L'Ecole.
