Curling in Calgary

I will be in Calgary in late May 2002 and would love to try curling. Are there curling rinks that are open to the public? I have never curled and will be with my wife and therfore without enough people to field our own team. Any insights or suggestions?

Scott

Scott: Have included a site for you at the Curling Club in Calgary. Suggest you contact them with your plans. I think they might be winding down the season before you get there, but I am sure they could have some suggestions for you. Hope this helps.

http://members.shaw.ca/calgarycurlingclub/

Scott.......a link for you for the Chat/Forum site in Calgary where you could post a query. I am sure the curlers at this site could steer you in the right direction and also be able to tell you if the curling season is over when you arrive.

http://www.curlingzone.com/chat.cfm
