Cash or Credit Card Quebec City
 

I'm leaving Nov. 11 to travel to Quebec City from US and was wondering is it best to use credit cards or cash for purchases ?? I was thinking maybe small amount of cash and use debit card for most
purchases ? Please advise

Use whatever you are comfortable using, the merchants will be glad to oblige. Personally, I don't change my usage habits when I travel; I use the same combination of cash and credit cards I do at home.

I agree with Ron. Use whatever suits you. Use an ATM to get some Canadian cash. Know the current exchange rate so you can tell if a merchant's offer to take US cash is a good deal for you.
