Car Rental -age restrictions

Does Canada have any upper age limitations for operating automobiles on roads in Alberta B.C.?
Ireland and several other countries have age restrictions and several car rental agencies in Britain have a maximum age limit of 65.
I checked with Enterprise and Dollar and they have restrictions for those under 21 but no upper age limit for rentals in Canada.

There are no upper age restrictions for driving in B.C. , so if the rental agency does not specify any, you should be home free.
I do not know about Alberta.

As an aside, The local constabulary ran into a problem last year arresting an 82 year old man who refused to fasten his seatbelt. He was so adamant, he 'assaulted' the police officers.
