Car ferries from the US to Canada

Hi All - This is actually a research question for a script, but since I know how amazingly knowledgeable you all are I thought maybe you could help with an answer or point me in the right direction.:)

Anyhow, are there car ferries that go from the US across Lake Erie or Ontario into Canada? If so, do you know where they are or what they're called (so I can find out more information)? Also, do you know if there are any that cross the St. Lawrence from the US into Canada?

Any help you could provide would be very appreciated. :)

Thank you!!!

If your story takes place 4 or 5 years ago, there was a ferry running between Rochester and Toronto in 2004 and 2005.

And if it isn't specifically Ontario you are looking at, there is the CAT from Bar Harbour, Maine to Yarmouth, Nov Scotia.

On Lake Erie, there is a summer ferry from Sandusky Ohio to Pelee Island in Ontario. Pelee Island has a year round ferry to the mainland (Kingsville and Leamington).

The ferry from Kingston to Wolfe Island runs year-round. From Wolfe Island there is a summer ferry to Cape Vincent in Hew York State. Otherwise, the only crossings of the St Lawrence from Canada to the US are bridges (the Ivy Lea near Gananoque, the Prescott-Ogdensburg bridge and the Seaway International Bridge at Cornwall.
