Blue Mountain

Has anyone been to Blue Mountain in the summer? We are thinking of going with a 2 and 5 year old. Any accomodation recommendations? Thanks.

Blue Mountain is very pretty in the summer. I recommend the Blue Mountain Inn and Resort (now a full village) for a good choice of accommodation (with full kitchen facilities) and a lot to do.

This may or may not be what you are looking for, but it's a suggestion.

The only problem with it is that there is actually no mountain. Unfortunately, that's the one thing that can't be improved upon.

How about October-Is there much to do for 9,12,15 yr olds. Are most activities for summer or winter? Any other attractions around here.
Thanks

There are some caves close to Blue Mountain/Collingwood area. I don't recall the exact name but I think it is very generic "Scenic Caves" or something like that. We were there a few years back and my kids loved it. Basically it is a self guided tour with lots of opportunity to explore.
