Rent a Car in Canada
Dear All,
Kindly I'm looking for your help to recommend me the best cheapest way to rent a car on Toronto for a month which i will use it as well to travel to USA for a week and get back again.

You will have to check with the major car rental companies to see if you can rent in Canada and drive the car in the US.
If you had any type of accident with the Canadian car in the US it would be an insurance nightmare.
Depending on how long you are in Washington DC, you might want to park outside the city and take either a train or the Metro into the city.

You are not looking for a rental, you are looking for a short term or mini lease.

Don't try to save on insurance.
In Washington, stay near the National airport (DCA). Hotels have parking and some of them are within walking distance of a Metro
station or run shuttles to the airport.

Before jumping on cdnyul . . . The OP is not all that clear. It does sound like perhaps s/he wants a car for a month in Toronto and another week+ in the USA most rentals will not go over 30 days.
