day2 ice field drive all day
day three lake moraine then lake louse
day 4?
day 5 we will drive back to Calgary by midday

fo we have time to go to jasper ? Should we go there first from Calgary then drive to banff ? Is it worth it ? Open to ideas thanks

Oh that's too bad; we just did this trip and loved it. The Sky Bistro is a great place to have lunch at the top of Sulphur Mountain if you ever get to go. A hike along Bow Falls and going to Surprise Corner are both nice additions. We loved Lake Moraine, really beautiful. Lake Louise was very pretty, but the Fairmont wouldn't let us into any of the restaurants - for guests only they said; I guess because it was crowded. Jasper is definitely worth going to - lots of nice wildlife there if that interests you - moose, elk, big horn sheep, mountain goats, etc. The Icefields Parkway and Athabasca Glacier are worth seeing. Also love the Maligne Lake cruise. Lots of wildlife near the lake. We flew into Calgary and drove to Banff and then took the Icefields Parkway to Jasper.
