Adriatico - best seafood in Toronto!

If you want to eat like you're in Italy (but not pay for the plane ticket), check out Adriatico (14 Dupont St., at Avenue). It tastes, looks, and feels like you're on an Italian coast. (They've got non-seafood & veggie items, too.) Try the branzino - it's to die for.

Summer's the best time here. Their patio-lounge has big couches and live music.

Rodney's is great for oysters, but as far as any other dishes go, Adriatico is far superior.

I agree with Kandice - Adriatico is the best. Check out the Globe & Mail at the end of December - great review by Joanne Kates. My favorite dish is the pappardelle with monkfish - tastiest plate of pasta I have ever had.
