hi there..just read your post cos we are doing banff next feb so was interested to see what you have planned/ Ive been to banff in the summer and it wasnt busy..not overly
we stayed at the inns of banff back in 05 ...about a half hour walk but this time we have booked cedar court ...the loft room...
ive read that the loft rooms get very hot due to the warm air rising but we will chance it...it isnt as close as id like to be but it is very much cheaper than the fox suites closer to the centre...
i wont have the car as OH will be skiing in lake louise most days so i'll rely on the bus along banff ave if the weather is unkind
good luck with your trip..seeing lake louise was one of the most humbling experiences in my travels..someone up there sure makes pretty things
