10-day round trip NB, Nova Scotia, and PEI starting and ending in Halifax
 

Dear travelling experts,

My husband and I would really appreciate suggestions of key places to visit in a 10-day round driving trip through NB, Nova Scotia, and PEI starting and ending in Halifax (from Wed Aug 26- Sat Sep 5th)

Beautiful scenery and hikes are of interest plus any 'must' see places.

Hi, for a hike of 5-hours ROUND TRIP, consider CapeSplit, NS ... It is near Wolfville, and you drive as farout toward the cape as you can, then park, before hiking 2 1/2 hours, the end of which finds you on a bluff, out in the middle of the channel, with the world's highest tides roaring around down below. As much water flows between Cape Split and the other side in a given day as flows through ALL of the rivers on EARTH COMBINED during a typical day!!

Can't help on NB but here's some picture stuff for Quebec City, PEI, Nova Scotia, Bar Harbor, Acadia NP of a 2013 trip I took solo on Holland America..rented car in Halifax also. Some places you mention can be seen herein(see below)
