1 day Whistler ski pass?

Is it possible to buy just a daily ski pass? Reason I ask is because we are arriving 1 Apr and if we buy a 6/7 pass that costs $399 but if we were to wait 1 day then it drops to $329 as it is the cutoff date. So instead I'm thinking of a day pass for 1 Apr then a 5/6 pass from 2 Apr ($276+?).

Also I plan to buy it from Perimeter as I already have return tickets with them. Any other places even cheaper/better to buy from? Same goes for ski rentals (we are staying at the Fairmont).

Thanks

Thanks
John

Yes...you can either just buy a lift ticket at the ticket window at the base of the mountain the day you need it for, or if you're driving up, you can stop at the 7-11 in Squamish on the way to get a discounted ticket.

$77 CDN according to tourismwhistler.com. And I seem to recall the price at the 7-11 was maybe $5 off the regular price or so but I can't remember exactly...I haven't gone up there yet this year so maybe someone who's just bought tickets at the 7-11 will chime in.

I think an adult one-day pass was CAD $72 at 7-11, $10 off the regular price.

You can buy the whistler skipass also at 7-Eleven in Vancouver.
