New Zealand Weather - Help!

Jump to last reply

I am thinking about visiting the South Island of New Zealand starting in mid-May. I've been getting mixed information on what the weather will be like and what it is going to "look like", i.e. is it still going to be green. I've gotten the gamut, it will be nice, just cool (low 50's), to don't go, it will be rainy and windy. I'd appreciate any clarification you can give me! Thanks!
