gifts for australian teens & family from US

my daughter (14) is heading to Australia for 3 weeks as part of a student program. She wants to bring some small gifts from the US for other teens she meets as well as a home stay family. Anyone from Australia have ideas on what they might like from US? tshirts with USA logo? Boston logo? sports team?

thanks

Thinking back to when I was that age, I would have probably loved a hat or hoodie with a baseball team or a university logo etc. You always see the fake ones sold in markets here but to have a real one and be able to tell people the story behind it would be fantastic I think. Another great thing that we cant get over here or have shipped is the spray fragrances from Victoria's Secrets. I know I certainly would have loved some of that at age 14! Good luck!

I once got given a sweatshirt with an American university logo on the front. I coveted it until it got stolen. I guess someone else coveted it too. I think that's actually a pretty cool gift for teens, too.

My young Canadian relatives would love it when I would bring Australian candy to them when I visited! For the hosts perhaps a special food, or local delicacy keeping in mind that Australian customs laws are very strict about food. I am currently about to buy some "Ass in Space Sauce" as my friend gave it to me when I visited USA and I want another bottle.
