Corus Hotel Sydney

Does anyone know what the web address is for the Corus Hotel in Sydney? Or does the hotel go by another name? Thanks.

Donna

It's mentioned in both wotif.com, and hotelclub.net to name a few. It's located on 7-9 York Street, near the Harbour Bridge, Rocks, etc. Closest railway station is Wynyard, 100m. Price I'm finding is 138.00 AUD. Would like to see additional info on their own website though. Thanks.

The link is:

http://www.corushotels.com/list_hotel.asp?areaID=11

If this doesn't work, you can go to www.corushotels.com, click on "Hotel Locations," then "Australia."

yes - the website is a bit useless - not a bad location, though - if the price is right. $Aus138 is good. It just looks like a hotel. Probably no views, unless high up.

I checked out several hotels the last time I was in Sydney, including the Corus. It is a decent-looking 4-star hotel across from Wynyard Station. York Street is rather quiet, and when I strolled past the hotel after 5:00 and on a weekend, the area was rather deserted. This could be a good thing, though, if you are looking for a hotel in a quiet location, but still walking distance to The Rocks and Circular Quay.

Rates for the Corus on wotif.com are currently starting at 90 AUD.

Thanks for the info y'all. A quiet location is good, as I'll be with my 13-year-old niece, and I'd prefer that over a noisy party district.
