where to stay in adelaide - North Adelaide Heritage Group?
 

Has anyone stayed in one of their properties? Or any other recommendations? We'll be there in January - having a hard time picking a place. We don't tend to like big, fancy, multi-star places, but location (walking distance from central area) is important.

I have just spent the last week at the All Seasons Meridien Hotel in North Adelaide and all i can say is I would never stay there again. The place has not had any money spent on it since about the 60's I reckon.

I have stayed at the Stamford Plaza in the CBD a few times and really appreciated the quality of the rooms. It is also right across fromt he Casino which offers reasonably priced meals.

I will be staying at two of their properties during the first week of October and will report back when I return.

thanks so much. They say they have the Sussex Cottage available during the time we're there in January.

My wife and I stayed at The Bishop's Garden. It was outstanding. When we first walked in, my wife said we could stay there for months. Very nice property and the people were nice. Enjoy!
