Seriously?

What kind of wildlife?

What parts of Australia?

You're not going to Luxembourg - you're dealing with a country that has about 90% of the area of the continental US.

Like: Which bits of Australia you want to visit
What animals you are looking to see
How long do you have, excluding arrival & departure days
Will you rent a car if necessary

The South of Australia is great for wildlife, you have Kangaroo Island and Adelaide with the Great Ocean Road drive to Melbourne & Phillip Island. All abundant with wildlife. It can get cold so spring/summer is best. There are also some great one day conservation projects that you can get involved in to be up close and personal with the local seals & penguins.
