Victoria's tourist info site? & Accomodation in Melbourne

HI,

I'm looking to find the e mail address of Victoria's tourist information service, if one exists. I can't find it anywhere!! I'm trying to find (serviced?) apartments to rent for at least a month in melbourne from March onwards. Any help would be appreciated.

Sarah
