ETA website

I can't seem to get a website to work to apply for an ETA. What is the correct website, thank you.

I tried this and it looks as if it's going to open then it closes.

Where are you from?

I ask because I can open the page, but it loses its mind when it realizes I'm accessing the site from within Australia.
