Rotorua or Coromandel ??

Having little days to disposition do you recommend me a trip to Rotorua or an excursion to Coromandel ?

Hi Monica
Still working on your trip?

In comparing Rotorua and Coromandel you have very different attractions.
Rotorua has the thermal attractions and a number of unique tourist features.

Coromandel, which ends just behind our home, is a long rugged coastal strip with the main attraction being bush and beaches, and alternative life styles. It is well promoted and very much the summer backpacker area with freedom camping etc.

As much as I would like you to visit the Coromandel and the Bay of Plenty if you have a limited time and want to see scenic and tourist attractions then go to Rotorua.
Kerry

perfect summary - Coromandel is about kicking back and relaxing in a beautiful environment. Rotorua is about doing lots of new things (Maori concerts, geothermal pools, four wheel drive trips etc).
How busy do you like your holidays?
