Barbara, we used the one that came with the camera. I also found some lying around (from shoe boxes, I think) and stuck them in for other parts of the camera. I don't know where to buy them, either, but you might ask at your local camera store (or a shoe store?). I don't think it is crucial while travelling, we like to have one in the underwater case in storage since we dont' get underwater too often and live in a humid climate.

Fantastic photos Sally (I just found them). Thank you (and Randy!) for sharing.

By the way, Toucan, are you posting pix any time soon? Did you get many pictures of your birds that you saw? Another question, have you ever heard of the book "The Big Twitch"? It's about a birder who goes on a quest to see all the birds in Australia.
Cheers.

Hi Sally,
Not sure when I will get the photos up. I'm afraid my photos with my little digital point and shoot will pale in comparison to yours! Unfortunately, I also need to turn my attention to a few other boring things for awhile. So, don't wait with bated breath or anything.

All the bird visuals are on video. Steve hopes to eventually send them to videoconnection, but there are hours and hours to go through before he ends up with the good stuff. If he is able to get them as part of that internet bird connection, I'll repost. One thing I like about the videos is that youget to watch the behaviors as well.

Okay, I felt guilty, so gave it a try.
