nZeta photo requirements

Hi All,
Applying for an nZeta for February 2023 travel. Am bamboozled by how best to get a photo that complies with nZeta requirements:
500 KB-3MB; 900x1200x3000 pixels; JPG/JPEG (that's the ez part).
Checking casual photos on my iPhone-none of them met these minimal requirements. nZeta recommends a "prof photog" (Walgreens?). Or is there a way I can adjust these on my iPhone?

Secondly, unclear to me whether each individual traveling needs their own nZeta or do multiple persons traveling together apply for just one?
Would very much appreciate your advice, because this appears the most difficult part of the process.

All tips welcome...
Thank you!

I took a selfie with a cheap cellphone, cropped it and resized it. You need a plain but not stark white background. Don't wear glasses if they have reflections.

We spent about 15 minutes taking photos with our iPhone before we found something that met the requirements. Then we started the NZeTA application process on our iPad and found out that we couldn't import the photos we took and that we just needed to take a selfie with our iPad. The app takes the picture automatically when the requirements were met, mainly that the photo was framed properly. The photos were hideous since we didn't know when it would actually snap the photo, but we submitted them and were approved within 1 minute. So if you use the app to apply, don't sweat the photo requirements.

I was unable to get the ap to accept my selfie photo. I had to manually adjust and submit online but perhaps it differs with different cellphones. Not everyone has an iPhone or perhaps you don't wear glasses.
