Most Comfy Airline for First/Business to Sydney?

My company is sending me from Portland, OR to Sydney in May. The best flight times are on USAir, United and Qantas. Are any of these atrocious? Is one head-and-shoulders above the rest? It's been many years since I've flown to Sydney and even then, it was steerage. Thanks.

Qantas, hands down, IMO

Sorry, should have clarified:
Qantas head & shoulders above the rest.

I have not flown on any North American airline that comes anywhere close to Qantas for just about everything. In other words I agree with Bokara

US Airways doesn't fly to Australia. That is probably operated by United. I flew United to Australia last summer and Qantas back (both in business), and Qantas was better in virtually every respect. United is upgrading its business class with new flat seats, but it is unlikely you'd see those in May.

Like Ms Go, I've done business class with both Qantas and United. It's unanimous--go with Qantas.
