Migaloo the White Whale in Cairns Waters
 
Friends saw Migaloo the white Humpback Whale off the coast of Cairns on Friday. Unfortunately for those of us who missed out, it seems that he is on his way south. There was some concern that a growth on his head was a tumour but that has now been discounted.

Damn - missed him again! Believe passengers on Reef Magic's whale watching trip saw Migaloo up close for about 40mins last Friday, as well as a couple of other ordinary coloured humpbacks.
