Looking for a good online travel agent

That could book both flights, hotels, and/or tour packages. Does anyone know of one? Thanks

I can't vouch for them personally, but you could try www.bestflights.com.au
Kay

I have enjoyed my experience with Swain. They are a local company but we did the whole booking and planning online and via the phone. Web site is www.swainaustralia.com -- I worked with Sarah Manuel.

Try Globus, have plenty of info on internet. We took 22 day downunder tour. Pretty good, had some minor problems but enjoyed.

Here is a tip.

While a company that is reccomended may be very experienced, the travel agent you deal with may not have even travelled to the countries you are going to visit.

Get some background ont the TA BEFORE you get committed to working with them. You might want a differnt TA with the same travel company.

CR,

Dick makes an excellent point. Either go online or call the Australian Tourism Commission and get an Aussie Specialist, a travel agent who specializes in Australia (and who's no doubt BEEN to Australia)! "interview" them as to where they've been and where, how long they've been in the business and make your own determination.

Regards,

Melodie
C ertified Aussie Specialist

I am just about to leave on my third trip booked with Aussie specialist Carol Hitchie from Destinations Downunder. Take a look at her website (koalakiwi.com). I've had fantastic travel experiences with the packages she's put together.
