Lizard & Bederra Islands
 

we are planning to go to lizard and bederra islands. how many nights would you spend on each island? thanks.

nyc29 - they're both stunning but what time of the year?

we are thinking of going in june. how many nights do you recommend?

I stayed 3 nights at Lizard. I went in August. Great experience although check about winds/tides. We were very limited on beaches and use of the boats due to water conditions.

nyc29 - both should be lovely in June - this past June we had almost perfect weather but it did become unusually persistently windy in July and August. If diving and snorkelling is your thing you won't do better than Lizard - Bedarra is only about 5km off the coast - these, as you probably know are the two top resort islands off Queensland coast so I guess time and amount you're prepared to spend would dictate how long to stay on each.
