How do you pronounce Te Anau?
 

Hi -<BR><BR>I'm going to New Zealand in March and will be in Te Anau for a couple of days to do the &quot;Sounds&quot;. Can someone tell me how to pronounce Te Anau? Thanks,<BR>Martha<BR>

WOW! Coming from Hawaii, I have always thought Te Anau was pronounced Tey Ah Now as we would pronounce it in Hawaii. We are planning a trip next year so thank you for the question and helping me to once again not assume that we can jump in there with correct pronounciations.<BR><BR>Aloha!
