Bokhara -

Neil Perry's fresh mozzarella, farro and cherry tomato salad. Looks fabulous.

I see they've mentioned Forager's in Pemberton and truffles in tiny Manjimup - my old stomping grounds. Good on 'em.

We only tried about 6,000 varieties (slight exaggeration possible) on our last trip to Oz. Aussies definitely need to export more of them to the US.
