Friendly Planet Tours

We are considering taking Friendly Planet's 22 day tour of Australia, New Zealand and Tahiti. Has anyone used this company?

I , too, would like to know if anyone has been on their tours. We are booked to go on the EAstern European tour in Sept. Their tours do seen to be sold out , so I think that's a good sign.
Good luck.

Yes,
What a great company! They are the same or book the same (not sure) as Smartours. Same prices too. Check their websites. We took the vietnam and cambodia trip with them last summer (booked thru smartours. About 15 people on entire trip and 1/3 were FP clients and 2/3 smartours. The guides referred to us as "Smart and Friendly people" They have a cult type followoing. everyone on our trip had taken many trips with the companies. I can't say enough about the quality of the trip to Viet. Great hotels and supurb food. Exceptional guides. Lots of free time and well organized with a minimum of gift shop yada yada. A few we met commented that they had been on the Aussie trip too. I don't recall much about their comments though. People on our trip ranged from 40's to late 60's,

Thanks K.
It's good to hear positive feedback.
I had also read that Smart Tours/Friendly Planet had very satisfied customers on the China trip.
I'm really looking forward to our Europe trip.
