Fiji electric outlets

We will soon be travelling to Fiji (from the US where 110/120 voltage is used) , and are trying to determine which type of electric outlet is used in Fiji so we can get the correct plug adaptor. We think the oultlets in Fiji are the the three-pronged type with 2 angled prongs on top, which would require a pulg adaptor type E, but we aren't sure. Can anyonr tell us what type of electric outlets are found in Fiji? Thanks for your help

Power outlets in Fiji are the same as in Australia - so yes the 3 prong with the 2 angled ones on top is the correct one.

Thanks so much for the information - it's a life saver!

Here's a good site with diagrams and all: www.kropla.com/electric2.htm.

And of course Fiji uses 240V/50Hz, so don't plug a straight 100V gizmo in unless you have a converter.
