Fab Sydney Suburban Hotel (Chatswood)

We fly to Sth America early Sept and wanted to book a flybuys reward(loyalty program in Aust.)hotel night before our flight. (We live in rural NSW). I love Chatswood for its fabulous Asian restaurants and for the great shopping at both Westfield & Chatswood Chase shopping malls and wanted specifically to stay at Saville Park Suites, which is in a perfect location-so close to everything, including Royal North Shore Hospital. I rang Saville Park Suites and guess what-no rooms were available! Wait! said the very kind Renata, I'll speak to my manager-guess what- a room has become available! I am over the moon at such exceptional service and cannot say how much this hotel group has impressed me with their customer service. They have a great reputation amongst Sydney's business community and now I know why! Thanks Renata & Saville Park Suites, Chatswood. (One of Sydney's nicest suburbs!) Exceptional customer service LIVES!!

We've put family & friends into the Saville at Chatswood too, Lyndie. Very handy for people visiting Mater, RNS & North Shore Private. Just hop on the train to St.Leonards & you're on the spot/a few minutes away.

Mantra/Saville seem run a good busines. I've used them in Melbourne, Brisbane & Adelaide quite a lot and always had excellent service.
