Driving distance from Jervis Bay...
 

...to downtown Nowra?
I would very much appreciate it if you are familiar with Sanctuary Point (St George's Basin) could you please give me an idea of the the driving distance from here to downtown Nowra? Driving time ppossibly?
We are spending a few days on this lake and will need to get to Nowra for a hire car and head on to the Hunter Valley.

Hopefully someone else can be a little more precise than this, as I'm going by my sometimes unreliable memory - but I think about 20 km - 20 minutes should be safe driving time allowance.

Tassietwister, that is great site, really handy. 'tho I have to say seems Neil's memory is not as bad as he makes it to be.
Sunsurfsand, we are drving to Hunter Valley, hence the hire car–is that what you meant or do you want to know the route we are taking to get there?
