Delta flight from LAX to SYD
 

Anyone know if the Delta flights from Los Angeles to Sydney are arriving on time?

Delta says that they don't have any data on that yet since they just started a few weeks ago... and I'd really like to know how they're doing before I book my ticket onward to Brisbane (same day I arrive at SYD).

I know already from helpful FodorForum posts to allow myself 3-4 hours when heading from International arrivals/customs to a Domestic terminal for flight to Brisbane.

The flight has been operating for a year now.

It appears to be arriving (on average) about 30 minutes late?

Thanks, Tina! I will watch it a few days on flightaware.com to see its arrival times in Sydney. (you'd think that Delta could say how a once-a-day flight was running...)

No problem - I'm actually making this flight myself on Thursday... and more than a little bit freaked out about being on a plane for 15 hours (well, actually more if you count the 5 hours from Orlando to LA)!!!

At Flightaware.com, I could join for free, then see a 4-month history of departure & arrival times and even have it send different alerts about any given flight. So it's sending me an email with actual departure time 17 from LAX each day and another with its arrival time in SYD.
