Coorong, Huon Valley, Litchfield NP, Kadaku NP- scenic?
has anyone been to coorong, huon valley, litchfield national park, kadaku national park? Are these scenic and beautiful? (i'm not big on wildlife of animals. More interested in beautiful and scenic NP, lakes, mountains etc.)
Planning a trip but, I'm leaning away from the ones i listed above just because others such as (cradle mountain, russel falls, katherine gorge) seem more beautiful. Worth it to go to them- or some of them? Thanks |
If you're in TAS anyway to see Cradle Mountain, the Huon Valley is easy enough to include. We've done it as a day trip from Hobart and thoroughly enjoyed it.

going to take gray line bus tours so just wondering if they're all worth going for

You are from one end of the country to the other, the Corong to Kakau, pick one part and explore it fully.

anyone?

For scenery if I had to choose between Cradle Mountain and Huon Valley, I'd go with Cradle. I also found Bruny Island very scenic (particularly the southern part) but don't know if there's a Gray Line tour.

We found Kakadu and Litchfield National Parks definitely worthwhile for great sights, views and scenery. I would recommend including both in your itinerary if you are up in the Northern Territories. Katherine Gorge - Nitmulik it is now called in tour brochures - is worth a look too. I note you are hoping to include Katherine in your itinerary. Can't comment on the other two as we haven't been there - yet.
