Cook Islands

I'll be visiting the Cook Islands this November and I'll be staying at the Little Polynesian Motel on Rarotonga and the Rapae Hotel on Aitutaki.
Can anyone give me some further information on these places.
Thanks in advance.

The cook islands is an amazing place. Very quite and prestine. Suggestions take the mountain trek, visit aitutki, have dinner at one of the bigger hotels with dinner involved. Have a great dinner at Sails restaurant where their seafood chowder is the best I have ever had, and snorkel or swim to your hearts content. We also caught a rugby game, a big to do on the island.

Tom, if you want some nice diving go to the Maldives instead of the Cook Islands. Not much to see there although the Islands themselves are nice. I did a one hour dive at Aitutaki and saw a lot of sand and no fish.
If you want to go anyway go to Pacific Divers on Rarotonga. They are the best.
