Breakfree Enderley Gardens Surfers Paradise

We have been looking for low rise ( as against large tower style ) and this one has come up, quite good reviews, we do prefer low rise style places as a family.
Anyone been or can suggest similar style places that are not high rise along the coast, many thanks

James

Hi James,
We were in Surfers in October last year and had a look around for a low rise place to return late 2008 with our kids and their families. One that did have some appeal was Trickett Gardens in Trickett Avenue, which is closer to the heart of Surfers than Enderley Gardens. I think Enderley Gardens would be fine, although it is on the main highway and would have a bit of traffic. It is also a bit further from the beach and Surfer's centre. Not so far that it would be a major problem though.
Hope this helps, Greg

Pardon me for asking, but why do u prefer 'low rise'?

I just don't like rooms in tall buildings with high balconies or high windows. It's not a fear of heights thing, just prefer to be nearer the ground!

I'd also say that, with young children who may be back & forth between the pool and the apartment all day long, it is a lot easier to keep an eye on them in a low rise.
