Best New Zealand Restaurants
 
I'm traveling to New Zealand in January 2018 - both north and south islands. My husband and I are foodies and would love some restaurant recommendations. Anything from white table cloth to neighborhood hangouts. Any ideas?

Cuisine is a NZ food and wine magazine that each year selects the country's best restaurants based on the reviews of 40 "expert" judges. I'm guessing expert means chefs, restauranteurs, food writers, so on. Here's a link to this year's winners:
